Bishop Steven L. Glover is a native of Birmingham, AL. He was born to the late Wilma Jean Davis, on August 21, 1962. He attended school in the Birmingham City School system. He later attended Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN and Herzing Institute where he received a Degree in Computer Technology.

Bishop Glover was blessed to be join in matrimony for 26 years with his loving wife, First Lady Lisha M. Glover of Jasper, AL. On November 13, 2012, First Lady Prophetess Lisha Glover went home to be with the Lord.  With an eternal memory of a JOB WELL DONE!  He is the father of LaPorsha and Steven Glover, Jr.

Bishop Glover received his calling to the ministry in August 1986 and was ordained by Elder James C. Lewis of Refuge Temple, COOLJC. He is the Founder and Pastor of Perfecting Word Deliverance Ministries, Inc. in Lawrenceville, GA.

Bishop Glover loves teaching and preaching the Word of God with no compromising. He operates in the Gifts of the Spirit and firmly believes in walking in true spiritual authority and the Love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Bishop Glover believes in being a true Shepherd. A Shepherd that through obedience of Gods Word, in John 21:15-17 that states, that God wants the Shepherd to feed his sheep. He believes in a ministry that is totally Pentecostal in Experience, Apostolic in Doctrine, and Charismatic in Practice. Bishop Glover stands on the Word of God that Gods people should be set free from the yoke of bondage.
